Within a few years of operation we realize the need to create our own telecommunications company to cope with the increasing, at the time, demand for sophisticated telephony Systems.
The 1st Subsidiary Fox-Tel Communications Ltd was born in 1983.
Today Fox –Tel is responsible for the planning, design, installation, testing, integration, management and maintenance of all the networks used by any of the companies in the group for the transmission of information in voice, data and Video formats.

Over the years we enter into the hospitality operation providing the hotels with in house entertainment systems as well as internet management systems. The second subsidiary Roombase Networks Ltd was in fact acquired by us to introduce us further in the field of Hotel Hospitality and Internet management operation.

Finally Techlive Cyprus Ltd is a company that we have worked with very closely as partners for the last 15 years. This is also a Hospitably System Operator but deals exclusively with PAY TV systems. TODAY Techlive has the same shareholders as Philios Christodoulides & Co., Ltd and is therefore a “Related” company.

The group is working under one roof and one management and in it in this way is very efficient into providing integrated solutions to suit all of customer’s needs.
